As a candidate for re-election to the APEX Board, I will bring an experienced and collaborative perspective to people, programs, and parks in the District. I will continue to prioritize board the moving forward with the district's mission of enhancing community health, completing existing projects, and developing future ones all with a focus on community needs, interests, access and fiscal responsibility.
As the demographics of Arvada change and grow we must continue to create an equitable and inclusive district to meet everyone’s needs through access to parks, programs, resources, and opportunities to connect and that means all over the district. I will strive to create spaces that foster engagement and promote healthy lifestyles for all residents.
Grateful to help bring you the Arvada Aquatics Center, well cared for facilities + amenities, expanded day camp + childcare offerings, a new cart barn at Indian Tree, updated Bylaws, opportunity to increase Apex's footprint, support for AWRSAY award winners, highly professional and well-trained staff, and an archery range (breaking ground soon).
I am excited for the opportunity to serve my neighbors, community members and the visitors to Apex PRD.
